2.Q: How to install after the goods arriving destination?
A: We offer several options here. 10 minutes + 2 workers=1 unit. If necessary, we can provide remote video instruction.
3.Q: What tools and equipment do I need to prepare for the installation of container?
Crane, hand saw, hand drill, hexagonal screwdriver, rubber hammer, utility knife,hole saw, non-slip gloves, glass glue gun, tape measure, medical box, marker, foot ladder, spirit level.
4.Q: How to get a fast quotation?
A: With the following information: container or structure type, size and area, materials and finishes of roof, ceiling, walls and floors, other specific requests, we will then offer a quotation accordingly.
5.Q: How do you guarantee the quality of the products?
A: Established a procedure to check products at all stages of the manufacturing process - raw materials, in process materials, validated or tested materials, finished goods, etc, we have CE, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, AAA, Interteck SGS certificate. Also before shipping, SGS, BV and other testing are available for us.
6.Q: How many days is your fastest lead time?
This depends on the quantity. If it is a regular size, our lead time is generally 7-15 days after receiving the deposit. If big order delivery time with confirm with order management dept.
7.Q: Can you customize colors?
We are happy to accept color customization. The regular color of our boxes is white, which is popular and well received by
customers all over the world. You can also provide the color card number for our reference. What color do you like?
8.Q: What is your payment method?
T/T\Cash\LC. For standard products: 30% deposit before delievery, 70% balance before delivery. Customized Products:Depands on the
design.
9.Q: Can you help to provide purchase and install the interior appliances?
We can help provide and purchase some appliances if needed such as air conditioning, refrigerator, dishwasher, ocen etc. which
will be packed inside rhe container shipped together with the container house.
10.Q: Does your product leak water?
There are quite a number of domestic manufacturers, due to lack of professionalism and irresponsibility for quality, which leads to the problem of water leakage in the box. So far, our company has never experiencedwater leakage problems in overseas orders.
11.Q: What kind of technical drawings could you provide?
A: We could provide three-view drawing, 3D picture, blueprint, foundation, plumbing, electrical, communication, fire alarm,
installation, furniture and so on.
12.Q: Could you supply the service of installation?
A: Yes, we have experienced supervisors who could go to guide the installation at any time. Meanwhile, we have skilled installation team who could finish some turn-key projects. Installation charge standard: 150 USD / Day, customer charge travel fee,
accommodation, translation fee, and ensure staff's health and safety.
13.Q: What is the lifespan and warranty period?
A: The lifespan for Prefab house is 10 to 15years, Container house is 15-20years, Steel structure is 30-50years and Villa is
50-90years. The warranty period for all the house is 12months from the delivery.
14.Q: Why your price is lower than other suppliers?
Because we are manufacturer and can produce several kinds of different grade. Different grade has different price. We ensure our product with high quality, and competitive price.
15.Q: What is your package?
A: Container house is in flat pack. Other houses will be loaded into shipping containers(main structure and panels in bulk, door/ceiling/floor tiles/furniture in cartons, sanitary/electrical/plumbing/hardware/fittings/tools in wooden case ).
